Job Description:

Our client is a well-known healthcare company servicing Valdosta, looking to fill a Entry Level Business Admin Assistant position. A Business Admin Assistant will be supporting the Business Administrator, or Business Director, who responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business. Their duties include hiring staff members, leading department meetings and communicating with upper-management to implement new policies and procedures among daily operations. Business Administrators complete organizational and management tasks that support the productivity and growth of an entire organization and its individual departments or teams.


Maintain new business records Review applications for submission to insurance company and/or Broker Dealer Contact agents for omission or incorrect information, requirements and signatures as necessary Ensure that applicant medical records are obtained as needed Maintain status of pending requirements and follow-up as needed Document and maintain New Business processes for the agency Achieve maximum reimbursement for services provided Deploy, maintain and report on various programs Manage new business mailings Maintain new business and pending reports Support Advisors/Clients in transition
