We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join our corporate team. Responsibilities:

  • Submit billing data to the appropriate insurance providers
  • Preparing and distributing document packets for meetings
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Excel report tracking and Data Entry
  • Preparing letters, newsletters and other correspondence
  • Filing of paper and electronic documents
  • Providing Support to the Senior Management Team as well as other office staff
  • Deploy, maintain and report on various programs
  • Light Phones
  • And many other Administrative Activities
